
Twice-Exceptionality: Six Case Studies for Professional Learning
These six case studies can be catalysts for independent reflection and start critical conversations among colleagues about identifying and serving students who are twice-exceptional. Each case includes (a) a scenario, (b) discussion questions, (c) notes, (d) topics for conversation, (e) National Association for Gifted Children Pre-K–Grade 12 Gifted Education Programming Standards, (f) standards from the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented Students, and (g) TEMPO+ resources for additional reading.
