Managing and designing the 30 Hours is a big part of the job. This session will take you through one district’s audit and lessons learned. We will also look at various resources you can use to plan each of the 5 strands.
Explore the many ways to measure gifted programming and student outcomes. We will look at both the academic and affective sides of gifted education, including the sometimes “out-of-the-box” places to get some data. Bring your own local examples and ideas to add to the online toolbox.
Use Google sheets & formulas applied to your existing assessment procedures to remove some of the “gray” from your identification process. Don’t be intimidated by formulas as I will walk you through the process of developing your own.
