Effectively communicating gifted education requires more than sharing facts, it means connecting data, policy, and human stories. When presenting to school boards, campus leaders, or community partners, pairing accurate information with real examples of student growth and staff impact helps illustrate both the outcomes and the needs of your G/T program. Clear, consistent storytelling builds understanding, trust, and support.

This slide deck template was created by TAGT members to help educators present a complete, accurate picture of their district’s G/T services. You can be flexible  and hide/unhide slides as needed so it can be customized for any audience. While you may tailor what’s shown, and only need a few slides at a time, you are encouraged to update all slides annually with current data, examples, and information. Maintaining a fully completed deck ensures you always have a polished, ready-to-use resource that clearly communicates your district’s G/T story.
